What’s in it?

We offer a lightweight, modern, collaborative workspace for managing safety requirements and their relationships throughout product development. The tool combines structured safety requirement management with AI-assisted workflows, helping OEM engineering teams to organize, trace, and review their safety work more efficiently.

Why this tool instead of competitors?

WCGW Safety Suite is designed to be lightweight, modern and flexible. We’re rethinking what matured software giants in functional safety are implementing as an afterthought.

The core tenet is that we’re building for the entire manufacturer network, not only for external functional safety practitioners. By making safety work more proactive and accessible earlier in the development process, we aim to lower the barrier to engaging with functional safety before it becomes a late-stage compliance exercise.

What is the value proposition?

Functional safety certification projects routinely consume hundreds of engineering hours. Saving just one engineering week or 40 hours can represent $5,000 or more in engineering value.

WCGW Safety Suite is built around a simple idea: empower your own engineers to perform more of the certification work in-house. By providing standards-aligned workflows, templates, and guidance, the platform helps teams reduce their reliance on external functional safety consultants and overcome what is known as the “blank page problem” that often slows certification efforts.

Do you have a case study to prove the value?

Not yet.

The product is currently in public beta, and we’re still validating the value proposition with real users.

What will the price tag be?

We expect the price to be a small fraction of the engineering time it saves. During the public beta, WCGW Safety Suite is free to use and includes a generous evaluation license. Final pricing will be announced before general availability.

I don't know anything about functional safety. Is this product for me?

Yes, provided you're part of a team that is developing a safety-critical product.

WCGW Safety Suite is designed to make functional safety work more approachable for engineers who are not functional safety specialists. The platform provides standards-aligned templates, structured workflows, and contextual guidance to help teams contribute to certification work with greater confidence. Can I replace a functional safety consultant?

No. We're not seeking to eliminate experts. We fundamentally believe that no AI-assisted workflow can automate the expertise and insight that comes with experience in the functional safety domain.

Can I trust the AI?

AI-generated suggestions are intended to assist engineering judgement, and every AI-generated change must be signed by a human before it becomes part of a safety case or certification evidence. The AI always refers to clause numbers when evaluating your safety cases, but it relies on general knowledge and we can not sublicense any standard definition.

What about data security?

During the public beta, sensitive data should not be inputted into WCGW Safety Suite. Rest assured, data security related hazards will be mitigated.
